Manoj is an operational excellence and AI enablement practitioner with 20 years of experience across digital operations, advertising technology, media and higher education.
Specifically over the last decade, his work has included workflow mapping, business process improvement, operational documentation, knowledge management, onboarding, capability development, distributed-team support and AI-enabled learning and knowledge concepts.
Across his professional career, he has developed more than 150 workflow maps, supported operational and knowledge initiatives across multiple teams, and helped create structured resources for onboarding, transition and continuous improvement.
His approach combines process thinking with an understanding of how people learn, use knowledge and adopt new technology.
